I hope you can find a design that suits your ideas. You can take any elements from any template and mix and match them together, adjust the colors and typography to make it truly unique for you. Consider these templates a starting point or the finished product. If you want to make the template yours exclusively, you can have me do custom changes or pay the full $120.00 for the template. I will not sell exclusively purchased templates to anyone else.

( After I convert these to HTML, I will be also converting them to Wordpress and Joomla.) The images below are initial mockups and the finished templates are more fully fleshed out and have red borders.

These templates were built with a few features most templates do NOT have.

• Fully CSS browser compatible construction
• SEO article footers
• SEO source orderring where possible
• Rollover defenitions for H2 and H3 links
• MOST templates do not use javascript except the IE PNG fix. (CSS rollovers, not javascript)
• Rotators and sliders all use the jquery javascript platform.
• All designs downgrade gracefully when javascript is turned off. (they still work without javascript turned on)
• Multiple sidebar formatting using and combining classes
• ZERO Images for links, all links are text, all menus are easy to change using a simple un-ordered list.
• Preformatted content module boxes in varied sizes take the formatting out of your work load.
• These templates are low weight and fast most under 200 K in size including all images and HTML and CSS files.
• HTML and WC3 valid error free. (some templates use CSS3 and will not validate the shadow or rounded boxes)
• Working in IE 5 through IE 8, firefox, Safari, and chrome.
• Seperate user CSS sheets make it easier to figure out where to make design changes or additions.
• A user manual to assist page development and modifications is included.
• Only some content areas are fixed on some template headers or footers, MOST content areas expand gracefully without limits.
• All source files are included
• Social icons and socialize modules build in to some designs.
• All designs are centered, fixed width templates, generally at 960 pixels wide.
