This template is fully CSS based with fixed design element Divs for each spot. For instance, the header above has 10 "spots" where you can change the content. Starting at the top left, there is the logo area, the Top Menu, the phone number and the social media spot where the twitter button is.

Below the top menu there are the marketing message and title spots with a spot to put a button or link. In the center is a spot for an image, some more text on the right of the picture and a badge spot that shows above the right hand column

This is the color of a link in the body of the page. I then bold it in the HTML for SEO as you can see by the rest of the links on the page.

Similarly, the footer area has the various spots as well where content can be added.

The main thing to remember is that you can't really mess it up easily, as all the content spots are fixed in size. Over sized content is simply hidden, essentially cropped off. This keeps the design stable.

This template example shows what you may want to use as a home page. To get rid of the bulk of the header and shorten the page, (below the main menu), you can remove the div called "marketing-div" and its nested divs.

All the formatting of the links and text is pre-set, and changable in the CSS sheet, which is marked up to organize it all for you. No more searching for code. The headers are linkable, and seperate link colors can be chosen for the user1,2 and 3 spots and others.

There are only 4 main background images which set the colors and "look and feel" of the page design.

This is the color of a link in the body of the page with bold applied at the HTML level.

There are 2 different side bar styles, plain with a simple style and one rounded corner style. (just change the div id)
